Shadow Coaching: Coming Home to the Parts You've Left Behind

I’m a Master Shadow Coach with a multifaceted background in integrative, therapeutic, and Maya abdominal massage, breathwork, and conscious movement. My mission is to guide you back to the truth of who you are—to help you discover, embrace, and embody your inner beauty, and to stand unapologetically in your sovereignty. Through deeply integrative work, I hold space for profound healing, self-love, and authentic expression.

There are parts of us we learn to hide.

The parts that were too much, too angry, too sensitive, too wild.
The parts that didn’t feel lovable, acceptable, or safe in the world.
And sometimes, the parts that were too powerful or radiant for those around us to receive.

Writing My Own Story

For most of my life, I was assigned roles I didn’t agree to play.

From a young age, people projected their expectations, assumptions, and labels onto me. Some were flattering. Most were confined and served others’ needs. I carried those projections, trying to be who others wanted me to be, but underneath it all, I felt the ache of disconnection. I wasn’t me. Every time I tried to show who I really was, I was met with rejection. So, like many, I learned to hide.

Later, I married a man who didn’t know how to love. But truth be told, at the time, I didn’t fully know how to love myself either. I was accustomed to seeking safety in all the wrong places—relationships, achievements, approval. I thought if I just did enough, achieved enough, was enough, I’d finally feel secure.

Instead, I lost myself.

My wake-up call came the day my husband reached out to our couples counselor—not to help repair our marriage, but to stage an “intervention” for me. He told her I was unstable, that my grief and pain were proof that something was wrong with me. He convinced her to refer me to a psychiatrist—to medicate me, to numb the very emotions that were trying to tell me the truth:

I was living a lie that was getting more dangerous by the minute.

That moment shattered the illusion—and woke me up. Hard. This relationship had to end. I didn’t just walk away from the marriage. I didn’t just walk away from a carefully constructed life that wasn’t mine; I began the long journey of walking away from being complicit in making others comfortable by devaluing myself.

Through subsequent years of deep, embodied inner work, I reclaimed my voice. I discovered my inner beauty and strength. I remembered my worth. I found my power—not in performance, but in presence. I came home to my sovereign self.

Today, I help others do the same.

As a master shadow coach, Maya abdominal, integrative, and therapeutic massage therapist, conscious movement facilitator, and breath coach, I guide people back to their own truth—the one they’ve always known, but may have forgotten. Whether through the body, the breath, or the unspoken words, I help them peel back the layers of conditioning and reconnect with their inner voice.

Because your story matters. Your truth matters. And the world is waiting for the real you.

This is your invitation:

To come home to yourself.

To lean into your inner beauty.

I believe true healing begins when we reclaim the parts of ourselves we’ve abandoned—the truths we’ve silenced, the wisdom we’ve ignored, the stories we’ve buried deep in the body. For years, I searched for wholeness through therapy. While it helped in some ways, it never fully reached the hidden layers—the unspoken beliefs, the pain held in my tissues, the shadows I couldn’t yet see.

It wasn’t until I discovered coaching, and wove it together with the body-based practices I’d already embraced, that real transformation began. Breathwork, conscious movement, shadow work, Maya abdominal, integrative, and therapeutic massage became more than tools—they became sacred pathways back to myself.

Now, my passion is to offer this integrated approach to others who are ready to come home to themselves.

Through shadow coaching, breathwork, body awareness, and energetic healing, I guide you to unravel the beliefs that keep you small, reconnect with the wisdom of your body, and live more authentically—because your truth is the medicine you’ve been searching for all along.

Who I Work With

Many of my clients have walked through fire—

Those who have untangled themselves from painful relationships or divorces.
→ Those who have survived emotional abuse and are learning to trust again.
→ People of color carrying ancestral wounds, daily microaggressions, and the weight of code-switching.
→ Those who feel like they’ve outgrown the life they built—yet aren’t sure what’s next.
→ The outsiders, the misfits, the ones who’ve always felt like they didn’t quite belong.

You’re not broken. You’re becoming.

If you’re in the in-between—the tender, powerful space between who you were and who you’re becoming—I see you. This is the sacred ground of transformation. And you don’t have to walk it alone.

What Do You Desire?

Do you long to feel at home in your own body and spirit?

To stop shrinking yourself to fit into someone else’s expectations?

To speak, move, and live with unapologetic truth—without fear of judgment?

To face and accept your fear as part of your wholeness, not a flaw to fix?

To accept all of your emotions—not just the pleasant ones—as valid, worthy, and wise?

To finally become the version of yourself you’ve always known was waiting to rise?

To walk with dignity, rooted in who you are—not who you were told to be?

If this is what you desire, you’re in the right place. I want it for you too, and I’m here to walk with you.

Make it

It all begins with an idea. Maybe you want to launch a business. Maybe you want to turn a hobby into something more. Or maybe you have a creative project to share with the world.

What I Want You To Know

You are not broken.

We all carry patterns that sabotage us, and we all fall into traps of doubt, fear, or avoidance. That’s part of being human. But these shadows—the parts you’ve been taught to hide or reject—aren’t here to destroy you. They’re here to guide you.

Your greatest challenges can become your greatest teachers. When you learn to meet these parts of yourself with compassion rather than judgment, something powerful happens: you become more grounded, more whole, and more radiant.

You don’t have to be perfect to shine. In fact, the more you make peace with what you’ve been running from, the brighter you become.

The root cause of illness is the result of not living authentic lives.

  • “I can’t tell you how fortunate I am to have crossed paths with this beautiful soul. She helped me get out of the cage that has imprisoned me in my body. I felt hope and healed. I can’t explain it. My first session was an intense journey of spiritual, emotional and physical healing. My second session was the first time I’ve got some relief to my deep body aches. Thanks, Natalie. You’re a wonderful healer.”
