Shadow Coaching: Coming Home to the Parts You've Left Behind
I’m a Master Shadow Coach with a multifaceted background in integrative, therapeutic, and Maya abdominal massage, breathwork, and conscious movement. My mission is to guide you back to the truth of who you are to help you discover, embrace, and embody your inner beauty, and to stand unapologetically in your sovereignty. Through deeply integrative work, I hold space for profound healing, self-love, and authentic expression.
There are parts of us we learn to hide.
The parts that were too much, too angry, too sensitive, too wild. The parts that didn't feel lovable, acceptable, or safe in the world. And sometimes, the parts that were too powerful or radiant for those around us to receive.
Body-centered shadow coaching is the space where we meet those parts, gently, honestly, and with compassion. It's where we turn toward the unconscious patterns, emotional triggers, and inner conflicts that quietly shape how we show up in life, work, and relationships.
What is the “shadow”?
The shadow isn't something to be feared. It's simply what we've placed in the dark: unspoken grief, suppressed rage, hidden jealousy, unmet needs, and even our deepest gifts — like joy, sensuality, and self-trust.
The shadow holds wisdom. It speaks through projection, resistance, and reactivity. It shows up in the places we feel stuck, small, or disconnected. And when we're willing to meet it — really meet it, in the body, not just the mind — it becomes a gateway to profound healing and integration.
What happens in a shadow coaching session?
Together, we create a safe, embodied space to gently explore what's been hidden or denied — to bring curiosity to your triggers, your stories, and the patterns you keep bumping into. We welcome the parts of you that have felt exiled. We uncover the deeper needs, truths, and boundaries beneath your emotional responses. And we work toward reclaiming your energy, your voice, and your power.
Sessions are shaped by what your system needs. We might work through guided inquiry, somatic awareness, conscious breath, intuitive movement, or parts work — whatever keeps you connected and present rather than spinning out into your head.
Shadow coaching invites you to:
This work invites you to understand your emotional landscape with more clarity and compassion — to loosen the grip of shame, fear, and old survival patterns that have been running the show. To show up more fully in your relationships and your creative life. To feel more whole, more grounded, and more real — in all aspects of your life.
How can this work support you?
This is not about fixing or becoming someone else.
It’s about remembering who you already are, underneath the masks, the conditioning, and the old stories that were never really yours to carry. It's about welcoming yourself home.
Writing My Own Story
I didn't come to shadow work through a training program. I came to it through a marriage that required me to disappear.
For years, I shapeshifted. I made myself smaller, quieter, more palatable. I performed the version of myself that kept the peace, and I lost track of who I actually was underneath all that performing. When my husband told me my grief and pain were signs of instability, and demanded I medicate myself into quiet, something cracked open. Not in a clean way. In the way things crack open when they've been held together by the wrong things for too long.
That moment was the beginning of my shadow work, though I didn't have that language for it yet. What I knew was this: the emotions I had been suppressing weren't the problem. They were trying to tell me the truth. And the truth was that I had been complicit in my own disappearing.
The work of coming back to myself was slow, nonlinear, and genuinely hard. It happened in my body as much as in my mind through breath, movement, and eventually through the formal shadow coaching training that gave me a framework for what I'd been living. I came home to my sovereign self. And I have never once taken that for granted.
Today, I guide other women through the same terrain. Not because I have it all figured out — I don't, and I never will — but because I have walked this path, and I know it's walkable. Even when it doesn't feel that way.
Because your story matters. Your truth matters. And the world is waiting for the real you.
This is your invitation:
To come home to yourself.
To lean into your inner beauty.
I believe true healing begins when we reclaim the parts of ourselves we’ve abandoned—the truths we’ve silenced, the wisdom we’ve ignored, the stories we’ve buried deep in the body. For years, I searched for wholeness through therapy. While it helped in important ways, it didn’t fully reach the hidden layers—the unspoken emotional pain held in my tissues, the shadows I couldn’t yet see.
The real transformation began when I discovered coaching, and wove it together with the body-based practices I’d already embraced. Breathwork, conscious movement, shadow work, Maya abdominal, integrative, and therapeutic massage became more than tools—they became sacred pathways back to myself.
Now, my passion is to offer this integrated approach to others who are ready to come home to themselves.
Through shadow coaching, breathwork, body awareness, and energetic healing, I guide you to unravel the beliefs that keep you small, reconnect you with the wisdom of your body, and live more authentically—because your truth is the medicine you’ve been searching for all along.
Who I Work With
Many of my clients, in Denver and virtually, have walked through fire
Women who have untangled themselves from painful relationships or divorces. Women who have survived emotional abuse and are learning to trust themselves again. People of color carrying ancestral wounds, daily microaggressions, and the exhausting weight of code-switching. Women who feel like they've outgrown the life they built, but aren't sure yet what's next. The outsiders, the misfits, the ones who've always felt like they didn't quite belong.
You’re not broken. You’re becoming.
If you're in the in-between… That tender, powerful space between who you were and who you're becoming… I see you. This is the sacred ground of transformation. And you don't have to walk it alone.
What Do You Desire?
Do you long to feel at home in your own body? To stop shrinking yourself to fit into someone else's idea of who you should be? To speak, move, and live with unapologetic truth without bracing for judgment every time you do?
Do you want to stop treating your fear and your grief and your rage as problems to solve and start receiving them as the wise, worthy messengers they actually are? To finally become the version of yourself you've always known was in there, waiting?
To walk with dignity, rooted in who you are, not who you were told to be?
If this is what you desire, you're in the right place. I want it for you, too. And I'm here to walk with you.
What I Want You To Know
You are not broken.
We all carry patterns that sabotage us. We all fall into traps of doubt, fear, and avoidance. That's not weakness — that's being human. But these shadows, the parts you've been taught to hide or reject, aren't here to destroy you. They're here to guide you.
Your greatest challenges can become your greatest teachers. When you learn to meet these parts of yourself with compassion rather than judgment, something shifts: you become more grounded, more whole, and more radiant. Not because you fixed yourself. Because you finally stopped running from yourself.
You don't have to be perfect to shine. In fact, the more you make peace with what you've been running from, the brighter you become.
