For years, I put myself last. Not dramatically. Not all at once. Just quietly, consistently, in ways I didn't even notice until I looked around my own home and realized I'd never actually settled in.

That stopped in 2025.

This is the story of what it looks like to finally choose yourself, starting with four walls and everything they hold.

I made a commitment to myself in 2025: I was going to get my houses in order. My first “house” was my office. I learned a lot of lessons about what I’d allowed myself to ignore and what I wanted to make a priority. This is the lesson I learned about this house.

2024 brought some important lessons with it. And as I begin 2025, I’m setting some new intentions to support my growth and life going forward. Can you relate?
